Trust - I really genuinely like Dr. Sterry I really genuinely like Dr. Sterry. Though his office is an upscale Fifth Avenue address, he's calm, tells you his opinion, and is even a bit cheeky. You'll get no pretensions with him nor his lovely staff. Mostly he focuses like a laser beam on your face. He can be blunt about what he thinks you should do. I liked that. I would love to go back for what he originally recommended (even though I'm delighted with what I insisted I needed). That's about it. I trust him.
I had my first Smart Lipo procedure with Dr. Sterry 6 years ago. I was so happy with the results I went back in 2016 for additional work in other areas. This week I had my 4th procedure and still thrilled with Dr. Sterry and his work. Highly recommend Dr Sterry & his staff. I had an arm lift (brachioplasty) & a bit of lipo after weight loss. Everything is great. Everyone in the office cares about their patients and that you're happy with the results. They are available by phone for any issues and will get you in if you have any issues. Will be doing a few more procedures and staying with Dr Sterry.
SmartLipo of the Chin/Neck Hello! I am one day post-op from the smartlipo of my chin and neck area it's Dr.Sterry. I was super anxious about the actual procedure being you are awake but it didn't hurt one bit! I was amazed how quick and painless the procedure is. Today I feel good. I have head wrap on and feel mild pain. It feels just a tad bit sore but nothing serious. I'm so excited to take a peak at it! But the full results take 3 months. I chose Dr. Sterry because he is experienced in this procedure and has a great motto. He is super nice and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Sterry!!!!
Dr. Sterry and his team were the most professional and caring group of medical providers I have ever encountered. From the first consultation to months of follow up after my procedure, I felt like they genuinely took care of me and were easily accessible for any of my needs or questions. Not only was the service above and beyond but Dr. Sterry exceeded all of my expectations with the outcome of my procedure. I had chin liposuction and the extent to which he reshaped my chin and jawline was unimaginable. I am so grateful that I did research and was able to find the BEST surgeon out there for the job. I was absolutely terrified of needles and pretty much anything medical but Dr. Sterry and his team were so comforting and understanding that I was able to get through my procedure without any issues or even pain! I can’t thank them enough for the work they did! Not only were they able to provide me with the jawline I’ve always dreamed of, but also a huge boost in confidence. As a medical provider myself, I can confidently say: I highly recommend Dr. Sterry. Not only do I recommend him but I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for any sort of plastic surgery need.

Dr. Sterry is not only a gem on a personal level but is also a fabulous plastic surgeon. I could not be more pleased with the results of my tummy tuck and look forward to using him again for other procedures in the future. A bonus is his incredible staff. I could not have gotten better advice, tips and caring from Michelle, Alex and Stephanie. I highly recommend Dr. Sterry and his staff. I had a wonderful experience.
Dr. Sterry and his staff are an absolute dream. From the moment of my initial consultation for smartlipo of the chin and neck through the actual procedure yesterday, my experience has been far and beyond what I could have imagined. Dr. Sterry was up front and honest about his expectations for my results, and took extra time with me to ensure I felt comfortable before I decided to move forward. I was extremely nervous during the two weeks leading up and his staff were so friendly, patient, kind and approachable and always available to answer my questions. My procedure was yesterday and I chose to use only local anesthesia, as Dr. Sterry had assured me that I would be absolutely fine. I was very anxious (I consider myself to have a low pain tolerance) and Dr. Sterry and his staff were calm, kind and understanding of my nerves, while still managing to make me feel 100% comfortable. I was BEYOND shocked at how quick and easy the procedure was, and truly—for those of you afraid of the pain—there was absolutely ZERO. I couldn’t even believe it. The first day of recovery has been exactly as Dr. Sterry expected, just a bit of soreness but no need for anything stronger than Tylenol. If you are considering Dr. Sterry for anything—I wholeheartedly recommend you go for it. He truly cares about his patients and his craft. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Sterry and I’m very excited to see my results as they develop over the next few months!
