Tummy Tuck Case #182

This is a 30 year old woman requesting tummy tuck and liposuction for the waistline.  She had a tremendous amount of loose abdominal skin after giving birth and was quite upset with her appearance in a bathing suit.  She said it stopped her from wearing any number of fashions, but was particularly difficult for her to choose a bathing suit.  The tummy tuck removed her loose skin and tightened her abdominal muscles leaving her with the tummy of a young girl as if she had never had children.  This is unusual, but not completely out of the question for someone after weight loss.  I am now working on some follow up studies to demonstrate women who have had pregnancy after their tummy tuck.  I'm finding that revisions are rarely necessary.
