Breast Augmentation

This 37-year-old woman was 5 feet 8 inches tall and 118 pounds. She had lost a great deal of weight prior to inquiring about breast augmentation at my Manhattan, New York, practice. I inserted 200 cc saline breast implants through an inframammary incision below the level of the muscle. This boosted her breasts from a 34A cup to a 34B cup.
