Neck Liposuction

This is a 37-year-old woman who asked for a specific kind of liposuction — "Smartlipo™ on the neck" — at my New York practice. She had apparently seen some of my other work and wanted a similar procedure performed for her own profile. She had already had some body work done, including a tummy tuck and liposuction on the back, but realized that her face was still "full."  

While the rest of her body was quite slender, she felt that most people see her face in daily living, so she wanted a nicer profile.
